Resources and Links for Other Payment Options:
- You should make sure any financial aid is in place by working with the financial aid office. If you have followed the financial aid procedures, they will have placed a code called a “NO Hold” on your account. This means that your classes will not be dropped for non-payment.
- If you have a sponsor and are using Sponsor Billing, please make sure that you or your sponsor has submitted an authorization each semester. You can find more information on the Payment Options for Credit Courses page.
- To view and enroll in the MC Tuition Installment Plan (TIP) to pay for credit courses log in to MyMC and click on Pay My Bill. For additional information please read Tuition Installment Plans .
If you do not pay at the time of registration or select a payment option, your classes may be dropped for non-payment.
If you do not pay or select a payment option for a term/semester a hold will be placed prior to registration for the next term and may prevent future registration.
MC has two offices that assist with your financial journey: Financial Aid and Accounts Receivable.
- Financial Aid helps students find financial aid to pay for college, answers your financial aid questions, and guides you through the financial aid process.
- Accounts Receivable (AR) helps students understand and manage their student accounts. AR manages the college cashier offices, student billing, refund processing, issuance of 1098-T forms, posting payments on student's accounts, oversees the Tuition Installment Plans, and the collection of past due accounts. Please review this page for detailed information about Payment Options for Credit Courses.
Managing Your Student Account
