- Wait times may range from no wait to more than an hour
- If you already checked into the waiting room, please keep track of your spot in the
queue.
- If you saw your initials (first 1 letter+ first 4 letters of last, e.g., JSMIT) in
the waiting room and no longer see them, expect to be contacted shortly by the method
you selected during the check-in process (phone or zoom - instructions sent to the
email address you typed in during check-in).
- You may only see the first 25+ people in queue. If so, your initials may only appear once in the list once you move up to the front of the queue in the virtual waiting room. To view the entire list, you may need to resize your browser window by moving the cursor over the top or bottom border of the frame until the cursor becomes a double-headed arrow & then drag inward to reduce the window size.
