Student Productions

These videos represent an inspiring collaboration between Montgomery College’s academic program and it’s educational TV station. Students work either as interns at the station, or within their media, arts and technology classes to create content from their POV.

Skateboard Art by Di’orr Greenwood - Smithsonian Folklife Festival 2024

Each summer MCTV student interns work with the Smithsonian's Center for Folklife and Cultural Heritage to document the annual Folklife Festival held on the National Mall in Washington, DC. Their videos highlight the crafts, food, dance, music and stories of the many countries and cultures who participate.
