Description
Learn how to think through and organize your project details, develop a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), plan a schedule, sequence tasks, assign resources and costs, format Gantt charts, calendar schedules and management reports. Learn advanced task scheduling techniques, how to fine-tune task details, resources and resource assignments. The course includes organizing project details to track assignment progress and utilization of other resources. Techniques to get a project back on track using the tracking tools of MC Project are also covered. The final techniques covered include advance project reporting, customization, sharing project information and consolidating project information and resources. This course is recommended for business owners, team members, and project managers who manage project or maintain project schedules.
Prerequisites
Understanding of project management concepts, Mastering Windows Fundamentals class or equivalent experience and basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
