Dr. Stephen Eckel with the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), Sensor Sciences Division is presenting “Toward the Quantum World: A Journey into the Very Cold”.  The talk will embark on a journey into the realm of quantum mechanics, where the rules of everyday physics no longer apply.
