Dr. Melissa Gregory

Dr. Melissa Gregory has served as Associate Senior Vice President for Student Affairs since 2016, and prior to that as Chief of Enrollment Services and Financial Aid Officer since 1997.  She has experience in various student affairs administrative positions at MC, Frederick Community College, the University of Maryland, and the George Washington University. She has led collegewide initiatives for MC such as the 2018 Middle States reaccreditation self-study and the Student Affairs Master Plan. Dr. Gregory is active in state and federal legislative issues that support college access for students from all socio-economic backgrounds. She is a graduate of Montgomery College, with bachelor and master’s degrees from the George Washington University and a doctorate in higher education, with a focus on community college leadership, from Morgan State University.
