Who is the HEOA for?

The Higher Education Act (HEA) of 1965, as amended by the Higher Education Opportunity Act (HEOA) of 2008, includes many requirements for disclosing information to:

The Higher Education Opportunity Act (HEOA) was established to provide consumers with comparable information from all institutions of higher education. HEOA's required disclosures are mandated to give consumers easy access to information that can be used in making sound decisions about their education.
